Joint Spectrum and Power Allocation for V2X Communications with Imperfect CSI

In Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, the high mobility of vehicles generates Doppler shift which leads to channel uncertainties. Moreover, reasons for uncertainties also include finite feedback, state information (CSI) loss and latency. With this concern, we formulate a joint spectrum power allocation problem V2X communication with imperfect CSI. Specifically, sum capacity cellular user equipments (CUEs) is maximized subject minimum Signal-to-Interference-and-Noise Ratio (SINR) requirements CUEs outage probability constraints vehicular (VUEs). Then, two different robust resource approaches are designed solve problem. One Bernstein Approximation-based Robust Resource Allocation approach. More specifically, approximations employed convert chance constraint into calculable constraint, Bisection search method proposed obtain optimal solution low complexity. further reducing computational complexity, Self-learning approach, includes learning an analytical mapping method, as second The devised learn uncertainty set transforms constraints, closed-form solutions Finally, simulation results prove that can improve all effectively whilst ensuring reliability channel.
